If you have a grid sheet with conditional formatting, all you have to do to generate a PDF with that formatting is to go to the File menu up top and select Export and then select Export to PDF.
As you share your reports with other users in docHub Workfront, consider customizing the view of the reports, to make certain information easier to read, or just stand out. You can customize the Details tab of your reports by adding special or conditional formatting to the view of your reports.
Click Settings to make changes in Layout Settings. Click Retain Flowing Text, which will keep the same formatting but change the layout. Now click Retain Page Layout to also retain the layout of the PDF file in Word. You can also choose whether you want to include the images and comments, then click OK.
