i know my demographic were not super rich this is not dc this is a dc suburb of a suburb right no no no thank god you know that i mean because most people go into it believing theyre going to reinvent the wheel but the wheel still rolls [Music] hiring people is its i guess its almost like mcdonalds or any other place where its high turnover just be ready for it and always have a sign out dont take it down well right i mean you constantly keep training and you know uh im guessing youre going to pay them a wage let me throw this at you i would start thinking about how can they work commission incentivize them like to bring people in yeah i mean you what you do i mean for us we we pay them a base wage now this is what youre absolutely going to make an hour no matter what but should you oversell that say you sell at 15 lets just throw it out there because its good easy math and you know if they do a thousand dollars thats 150 bucks but if it took them eight ten hours to do th
