The video introduces Coleman and Phil, highlighting their similar height, weight, and Body Mass Index (BMI). However, body scans reveal that Phil has more body fat while Coleman has more muscle. Although BMI is commonly used to assess obesity risk by calculating body weight divided by height (weight in kg/height in m²), it can be misleading. The BMI classifications are: underweight (18.5 and below), healthy range (18.5 to 24.9), overweight (25 to 29.9), and obese (30 and above). The formula suggests that taller individuals should weigh more, but the simplicity of the BMI scale can obscure important differences in body composition.
