However, to avoid this lengthy process each time, the presenter suggests saving a template. First, open PowerPoint, create a blank slide using the layout option, and then save the file by pressing Ctrl+S. The user can name the file (e.g., "PPT Blank"), select the file type as PowerPoint Template, choose the location (like the desktop), and save it. This will allow PowerPoint to open with a blank slide in future sessions.

Click the File button in the ribbon and then click the Home tab in the menu. Click the Recover Unsaved Presentations button at the bottom of the screen to navigate to the folder where AutoRecover files are stored.
Select Check for Issues Inspect Document. Select the types of content that you want to inspect, and then select Inspect. Review the results. For each type of content that you want to remove from the document, select Remove All.
To simply remove an embedded file or object, select it and press Delete. To verify the issue is resolved, click File Info Check for Issues, and click Inspect Document.
Create a presentation Open PowerPoint. In the left pane, select New. Select an option: To create a presentation from scratch, select Blank Presentation. To use a prepared design, select one of the templates. To see tips for using PowerPoint, select Take a Tour, and then select Create, .

Click File Info Remove Personal Information. Click the Personal Information tab. Select the Remove these items from the document check box.
In Microsoft PowerPoint, the Ctrl+N shortcut key opens a new blank presentation slide in a new PowerPoint window.
Use the Document Inspector to Remove Hidden Data To open the Document Inspector, click File Info Check for Issues Inspect Document. The PowerPoint Document Inspection window shown below opens up. Click Inspect to identify hidden content, and click Remove All to remove the item of your choice.
A blank presentation has a white background and black text without any additional design elements. By default, the presentation only contains a title slide.
