hello its mayor and welcome to collaboration coach in this video were going to be looking at how to save attachments from email into office 365 so this can be a tricky subject there are lots of ways to save an attachment theres a different experience depending on the version of office youre using and the version of Windows so it can be a little disorientating let me walk you through a couple of different options and you can see if they fit your experience if they dont get me up in the comments and ask me some questions on this computer that Im demonstrating on today Ive got Windows 10 and Ive got office 365 ProPlus so thats the version of Office that updates itself if youre using office 2016 or an earlier version that isnt office 365 then you will definitely have a different experience but hopefully I can match it as best I can what Ive got here is an email thats been sent to me from Meghan and it has a attachment and its a Word document so if I click on it its going to
