okay so this video is going to be an appointment calendar that i have created you can get a copy for yourself you do have to be logged into google but again those are free for students so you can put this in a google classroom i just choose the share option on some of these as we dont really use a google classroom at our college but this is a basic uh appointment book for medical appointments and so ive created a couple of entries all right so what we can do here is change the start date right so lets change okay and you will see it changes all the dates here i can change the date to a midweek if i want and you will see that its been set up so that it skips weekends right it just does monday through friday which are work days you can do appointment start times right this is totally up to you biggest thing here is just to specify obviously a.m or p.m because that is how um the times are set so you can change and then you can change the appointment intervals if you want to do every
