You can create a signature by clicking on "create a signature" or adding a photo or drawing. It's a simple process for signing documents, especially if you only need to sign occasionally.

To add a new signature: Sign in to your account. Hover over your email address in the upper-right corner. Select Edit signature. Choose a method to create your signature. You can draw or type your name, or upload an image of your signature. Add your signature and click Select.
Create a Document Template Open or create the document that you want to use as the template, then click the File tab. Click Save As. Select a location. Name the file and click the Save As Type list arrow. Select Word Template from the list. Click Save.

How to edit a template or template link Sign in to docHub.com. Click Templates in the left sidebar. Click ⁝ (vertical ellipsis) next to the template or template link youd like to edit. Click Edit and follow the prompts to make your edits. Click Save template to save your edits.
The Field Properties panel slides in over the page guide. Set the properties as desired. From the Fields palette at left, click and drag one of the available field types to add it to the active page. In the page guide at right, select a page you want to tag with fields.
To add a field, click and drag a field from the left sidebar to your document. To delete a field, click that field on your document and then click the trash icon in the right sidebar. To move a field, click that field on your document and drag it to a new location.
Click and drag a Textbox from the left sidebar to your document. Click the dropdown menu below Assigned to in the right sidebar. Click Sender. Give the field a name in the box below Merge field.
Auto-filled fields makes the signing experience easier and faster for your signers. This feature pulls information from your signers, provided from either their own Dropbox Sign profile or from the name and email address entered in by the requester, and populates the information into the corresponding fields.
