hi this is jay from kodian in this video we can have a look at the different options in power automate to take data in this example were taking sharepoint list item and add that data to a word document to generate a new document and i guess the starting point is the microsoft connector so the word online business connector and the action populated microsoft word template which weve got outlined here its a pretty straightforward action um to set up you can see here weve got when a new item is being modified so in our example weve got a sharepoint list with some data in it and youll notice ive got a number of columns on the item lets just go in and edit lets have a look at it so weve got a title description notice weve got some rich text data in here so for description for notes and basically if this will fire theres a trigger a trigger condition sorry on the flow that says only fire when uh state sequels archived and then weve got some attachments and whats basically going
