Jotform Tables Prefill allows you to prepopulate form fields with data from a specific table of your form. As you already know, in Jotform Tables, you can add a new tab to view data from other forms you have. You could also create a blank tab or import existing data.
Jotform stores data in your Jotform account on our servers. Our servers are located on AWS and Google Cloud. This also includes all data on the Jotform tables page.
Responses collected offline will be instantly saved and automatically synced to your Jotform account when you reconnect to the internet.
For users who are logged in to their Jotform account, clicking the Save button will automatically send the session link to their registered email address. A confirmation message will also appear where the users can choose to Resend the email or Get a Shareable Link.
