- Open the docHub application. - Under the Home tab click on Recent and you will see all the PDF files that you have worked upon including the one that you have signed and looking for. - Double click on the PDF to open it and then go to File menu and do Save As to save it on your desired location.
Once done, close the PDF Signature Report dialog box. If youre satisfied with the compliance status of the document, from the document message bar, select Sign Document and add your digital signature. Save the PDF using a different name than the original and close the document without making any further changes.
To resolve this, follow these steps: Step 1: Open the PDF Document. Step 2: Access the Prepare Form Tool. Step 3: Select Form Fields for Editing. Step 4: Open Form Field Properties. Step 5: Unlock the Form Fields. Step 6: Finalize Changes. Step 7: Preview and Save. Step 8: Save and Close the Document.
Now the signature is placed. If you need to move it you can drag it to another location and left click again to re-place it. Now, save your document by clicking on the Done Signing button in the signing pane on the right side of the screen. Youll see the Done Signing message appear.
To download the files of an agreement: Log in to docHub and navigate to the Manage tab. Find your agreement by: selecting the Status filter (is the agreement In Progress, Canceled, Completed, etc.) Click the Download Individual Files action and the PDFs are downloaded automatically. Note:

How to Save Electronic Signature PDF: Download your document to . Choose the Save Electronic Signature PDF feature in the editor`s menu. Make the needed edits to the document. Click the orange Done button to the top right corner. Rename your file if necessary. Print, share or save the form to your computer.
