In this video, were going to look at how you can enable Quotes for your organization, add the quotes related list to a page layout, and how to customize a Quote template. First we need to make sure Quotes are enabled in our Salesforce Classic org. Were going to use the Quick Find box to locate Quotes. Select Quotes Settings And click Enable and Save. Once weve enabled Quotes we want to make sure that the Quotes related list is available to our users on any of the page layouts they use. This org has 2 custom page layouts: One for business to business opportunities, and one for business to consumer deals. Theres also the generic opportunity layout that is provided by Salesforce If you have multiple opportunity page layouts, you should add them to each layout, so your salespeople can create quotes on any type of opportunity. Speaking of multiple page layouts, sometimes, quotes may be slightly different, depending on the type

You need a scanner to do this. Write your signature on a piece of paper. Scan the page and save it on your computer in a common file format: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, or .PNG. On the Insert tab, click Pictures Picture from File. Browse to the picture you want to insert, select it, and then click Insert.

Under Product Name search for the desired product and choose it from the drop-down. Enter the desired quantity for the chosen product.
Create quotes In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales Quotes. Click Create quote. To associate the quote with a deal, click the Associate with a deal dropdown menu and select an existing deal, or click Create a new deal.
One of the symbols to indicate an electronic signature is /s/, placed before the signers name. For example, /s/ Jimmy Doe. The other symbol is the signers name between two forward slashes, typed out, for example, as /Jimmy Doe/.
