Hyperlinks will wrap if they have hyphens in them. For those that dont, you can insert a No-Width Optional Break (U200C) at a convenient point. Make sure that the break is inserted only in the display text and not in the underlying HYPERLINK field, and the link will still work.
In your Word document, press CTRL + A or use your mouse to select the content that contains multiple hyperlinks. 2. Then press CTRL + SHIFT + F9. All the hyperlinks will then be removed.

To remove a hyperlink but keep the text, right-click the hyperlink and click Remove Hyperlink. To remove the hyperlink completely, select it and then press Delete.
