so what is happening this is a scanner but what kind of scanner while cleaning up portraits in photoshop itamp;#39;s hard to spot blemishes easily so to create this blemish scanner click on the adjustment layer icon and then choose black and white take down the reds and adjust the yellows to best see the blemishes hereamp;#39;s another trick select the patch tool and on a duplicate layer hold the shift key to make a selection of multiple blemishes at once and when you can drag and drop them in an area without blemishes all gone after the entire process you can turn off or delete the black and white adjustment layer and youamp;#39;re good to go
