When autocorrect is turned on, misspelled and unknown words are automatically corrected as you type. Turning off autocorrect applies not only to Pages, but to other apps where you type text, such as Mail. On the Home screen of your device, tap Settings, then tap General. Tap Keyboard, then turn off Auto-Correction.
Use auto-correction If you cant see auto-correct suggestions, make sure auto-correction is turned on. Choose Pages Settings (from the Pages menu at the top of your screen). Click Auto-Correction at the top of the settings window, then select or deselect Correct spelling automatically.
(Leave Predictive Text on to continue to get suggestions above the keyboard.) On the Mac running macOS 14.2 Sonoma or later, open System Settings Keyboard, click Edit under the Text Input header, turn off Show inline predictive text, and click Done.
Use autocorrection Choose Pages Settings (from the Pages menu at the top of your screen). Click Auto-Correction at the top of the settings window, then select or deselect Correct spelling automatically.
Google Chrome Instructions Click the Chrome menu icon. (Three dots at top right of screen.) Click on Settings. In the Autofill section, expand the area for which you wish to disable Autofill. Toggle the setting OFF if it is on. The system will automatically save your settings.
