Use the image insertion icon in the signature editor to add your GIF. Click the icon, then choose to upload your GIF file or enter the URL of the hosted GIF. Once inserted, you can adjust its size and placement within your signature layout.
How do you turn a picture into a GIF? Upload your images. Click the blue Get Started button to open Flixier up in your browser. Put your GIF together. Drag the images from your library to the timeline at the bottom of the screen. Download your new GIF.
How to add an animated GIF in Outlook 2013, 2016, and 2019 Choose the signature you wish to edit. If you dont have a signature click New to create your Outlook signature then continue this guide. Click on the Image icon from the editors toolbar to upload your GIF file from your computer.
