hello artists today we are going to be looking at the texture of our leaves by doing a crayon rubbing when you look at the back of a leaf you can see the veins of it itamp;#39;s kind of like the bumpy side the bumpy side is going to go behind our paper and we are going to do a crayon rubbing over it one hand is going to hold down my paper and my leaf so they donamp;#39;t move my crayon is going to go to sleep itamp;#39;s going to lay down flat on my paper and iamp;#39;m going to rub it over where my leaf is and you can start to see the veins or the texture show through youamp;#39;ll have all these different leaves at your table to look at the different shapes and veins take turns using them so after you use a leaf youamp;#39;ll put it back in the blue bin so another friend can use it too have fun creating those leaf rubbings with your crayon and if we have time we will be adding some paint to our paper too you can see that i have blended some of my crayons use different colors on
