itamp;#39;s not possible to delete rows and columns in Excel as there are a fixed number of them for each sheet instead to view only the non-empty rows we can hide the rest click on the first empty column and press Ctrl shift then right arrow right-click on the selection and choose hide option do the same for the rows this time using Ctrl shift and down arrow for selecting

Select the rows that you wish to collapse, then click on the Data tab and Groups in the Outline group, and then click on Group Rows. You will see a - sign on the left of column A. When you click on the - sign, the selected rows get collapsed.
On the View Tab Click on New Window You get another window of the same workbook. On each version you can be activating a different Sheet. You can make changes in one window and Close it. Since its just another view of the same file, no one will ask you to save (you have another window still open).

Select the worksheet where you want the Sheet View, then click to View Sheet View New. Apply the sort/filter that you want. Excel automatically names your new view Temporary View to indicate the Sheet View isnt saved yet.
If you want to get rid of an extra worksheet, move to the tab that shows the title of the existing worksheet and then click Delete Sheet from the context menu. Alternatively, you can switch to the sheet you want to get rid of and go to Home Delete Delete Sheet from the ribbon.
