foreign we have a document in place that we would actually now like to send as an email attachment so hereamp;#39;s the document and all Iamp;#39;m going to do is Iamp;#39;m going to go to the file menu Iamp;#39;m going to go to share and once I click on share have a look at that I can share it in a number of different ways in this case I want to share it as an email attachment and when I click on that do you see the number of options I have I have one that will just send it as a normal attachment in other words as a Word document attachment I can select this to send it as a PDF send it as an XPS attachment so these are just the different ways and Iamp;#39;m just going to click on the first one so you can see what it does if I click on send as attachment see itamp;#39;s going to ask me from the Microsoft Suite itself which product I want to use and Iamp;#39;m going to be using Microsoft Outlook now I donamp;#39;t use outlook on this PC but this is just what it would do

Click Apps Google Workspace Drive and Docs. Click Manage shared drives. Hover your mouse over the shared drive and click Member management. Hover your mouse over the user you need to remove and click Remove access.
Click on the person who needs removal, choose the Direct Access drop-down, and choose Remove direct access (See Figure 3). A pop up will appear, confirm the removal by pressing the Remove button.
Click the line, connector, or shape that you want to delete, and then press Delete. Tip: If you want to delete multiple lines or connectors, select the first line, press and hold Ctrl while you select the other lines, and then press Delete.

How do you remove someone from Site and/or Document Sharing select the shared document share shared with advanced. select the user remove user permissions. after doing that, click check permissions type in the user name check now to make sure he/she has no permissions to this document.
If you want to exclude certain recipients, then click the Edit Recipient List button in the Start Mail Merge group. The Mail Merge Recipients dialog pops up, and you check or uncheck checkboxes to add or remove the recipients from the mail merge.
If you right-click on the name, the following menu will appear. Now, click Remove Person.
Open the Google Doc you want to edit. Highlight the text you want to strike through. Click Format Text Strikethrough.
