Salt water treatment is an effective spiritual remedy to remove negative black energy from the body. In this video we will demonstrate how to do the spiritual healing remedy of salt water treatment. For this remedy you will require rock salt or sea salt crystals, a bucket of water and a napkin to wipe your feet. The level of water has to be enough to come up to about 30 centimeters from your ankles. Say a prayer that all the negative black energy from your body be drained out into the salt water. Now add 2 tablespoons of rock salt to the water Then immerse your feet in the bucket of water. Keep chanting the name of God with concentration and devotion. After 15 minutes remove your feet from the bucket of water and wipe them with the napkin. Drain the water in the toilet and thereafter rinse the bucket with fresh water.

You should use an automotive polishing compound and a buffer for big areas. Small areas will have to be polished by hand unless you have some funky buffing tools. Make sure the poly has cured for a minimum of 4-5 days at 70f. Do not try to polish an uncured film.
The longer you wait the better. Shellac, solvent and water-based lacquers and two part finishes should cure at least a week. Oil-based varnishes and polyurethane should cure at least two weeks.
I start with 800-grit, wet-dry sandpaper from a paint or auto parts store (photo above). Wrap the sandpaper around a flat cork block and use a lubricant to speed the process (mineral spirits for a lacquer finish, water for varnish). The lubricant creates a slurry and floats the dust away. Rubbing Out A High-Gloss Finish | Woodsmith Woodsmith article rubbing-out-a-hi Woodsmith article rubbing-out-a-hi
