hello everyone how are you doing this is md tech hereamp;#39;s another quick tutorial in todayamp;#39;s tutorial iamp;#39;m going to show you guys how to remove extra space after paragraphs in microsoft word so this should hopefully be a pretty straightforward process here guys and without further ado letamp;#39;s go ahead and jump right into it so all you have to do is just get your mouse cursor between the two paragraphs in question and select the home tab up at the top over paragraph select the icon that has two little arrows going opposite directions that says line in paragraph spacing when you hover over it click inside of there and you can select either just 1.0 which is just standard or you can go 2.0 which is double spaced if youamp;#39;re looking to modify a certain area thatamp;#39;s already been spaced just highlight the whole area that you have this big gap in here and then select that icon and then just select versus line spacing you can just select single or

In the Home tab, go to Editing Find Advanced Find 2. Then with the selection in the Find what field active, click on Format Font. Check the box for Strikethrough.
Change paragraph alignment Select the paragraphs you want to change. To center them, select Home Center . To align them along the right margin, select Home Align Right . To align along both margins, select Home Justify .
Highlight the text you want to edit. Press Ctrl+D on Windows or Command+D on Mac. Click the Strikethrough option under Effects in the middle of the window. Press OK.
On the Home tab, right-click the Normal style, and choose Modify. Select Format, and then choose Paragraph. On the Indents and Spacing tab, under Indentation, select First line. Select OK.
Click anywhere in the paragraph you want to change. Go to Layout, and under Spacing, click the up or down arrows to adjust the distance before or after the paragraph. You can also type a number directly.
On the Layout tab, in the Paragraph group, use the arrows to choose indentation and spacing options. To indent the paragraph, enter the distance you want in the Left or Right boxes. To change the amount of space above and below a paragraph, enter a number in the Before or After boxes.
Click the line, connector, or shape that you want to delete, and then press Delete. Tip: If you want to delete multiple lines or connectors, select the first line, press and hold Ctrl while you select the other lines, and then press Delete.
Locate the Paragraph group, then click the arrow icon. In the pop-up menu, find the Indentation section. Now, make sure your cursor is in one of the paragraphs and click the box next to Special. Choose Hanging from the list. You can change the amount of indentation by adjusting the value next to By.
