You can try nail polish remover, rubbing alcohol, or lemon juice to remove the ballpoint pen ink. Dip a cotton swab into your product of choice and rub it into the ink you are trying to erase. Be sure to only use a small amount of your product so you do not end up oversaturating the paper.
Use Acetone Acetone works well in erasing ink from paper. Nail polish remover contains acetone and can remove ink from paper when applied in a small amount using a cotton swab. This is successful in removing regular ballpoint pen ink and works better on blue ink.
Use a Q-Tip soaked in a solvent like brake fluid, acetone, or rubbing alcohol to lift ink out of the page. If chemicals dont work, try carefully rubbing the ink off with an eraser, razor blade, or even a fine-grit sander. If the ink just wont come out, cover it with correction fluid or paper.
Apply a solvent like rubbing alcohol, hair spray, or hand sanitizer to an inconspicuous area of the garment with a cotton swab and let it sit for 1 to 3 minutes. Blot with a paper towel, and if no color comes off on the towel, continue to pretreat. Blot excess ink with a paper towel to remove ink from clothes.

Liquids should not be too thick or too rough, as they can damage the paper. I recommend removing nail polish with acetone as it is the safest option. But if that doesnt work for you, other options include hairspray, hand sanitizer, or distilled white vinegar. Lightly moisten a cotton swab with nail polish remover.
