a screen printers this is Josh wells from Ryan it with another water-based printing tip water-based ink takes much longer to cure compared to plastisol inks this can be an issue for many screen printers who either care with the flash or have a conveyor with a very short chamber we can introduce an ink additive called warp drive which is a low cure additive for water-based inks mixing warp drive into your water-based ink at 1.5% will bring the cure temp down much lower than the 320 to 330 range that you would normally cure at this makes it possible to cure with the shorter dwell time or a lower powered flash warp drive is typically used to avoid dye migration on athletic garments however if youamp;#39;re a screen printer who is curing with a smaller dryer or flash using warp drive can increase your confidence level when curing water-based thanks for watching screen printers and for more in depth water-based screen print training click the link in the description to check out Ryan Nets

Sponge rubbing alcohol into the stain. Place an old towel or a paper towel underneath the permanent ink stain. Pour rubbing alcohol onto another paper towel and use it to sponge around and directly on the stain.
Solvents like rubbing alcohol, hair spray, or even hand sanitizer often work well, but be sure to test with a cotton swab on an inconspicuous piece of the clothing to ensure colorfastness and that fabric wont be damaged.
How To Remove Ink From Paper Sand eraser. Ink removal with a blade. Correction tape or fluid. Erasable ink. Acetone. Rubbing alcohol.
Use acetone to erase ink. Most nail polish remover is made of acetone, and this can be used to remove ink from paper. Apply a small amount of acetone to a cotton swab, and rub into the ink youre trying to erase. This works best on regular ballpoint pen ink.
Apply rubbing alcohol, hair spray, or hand sanitizer to dilute the stain, making it easier to remove during the wash. These solvents help tackle most types of ink stains but remember to test the stained garment for colorfastness first as they can also attack fabric dyes and cause further damage.
If fresh, blot the stain with a towel or tissue paper to absorb any excess ink. Apply the rubbing alcohol directly to the ballpoint ink mark and allow it to dissolve the stain. This will take about 15 minutes. Blot the stain again until the ink has been removed.
Use a Q-Tip soaked in a solvent like brake fluid, acetone, or rubbing alcohol to lift ink out of the page. If chemicals dont work, try carefully rubbing the ink off with an eraser, razor blade, or even a fine-grit sander. If the ink just wont come out, cover it with correction fluid or paper.
