The most common solvent for removing ballpoint pen ink is rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol). Apply alcohol to the stain, leave on for a few minutes and blot with a paper towel. Repeat until the ink appears to be removed. There will still be a stain which is not the ink itself but the coloring agent.
Apply non-acetone nail-polish remover (preferable) or regular nail-polish remover. Blot it using soft, absorbent, white material such as paper towel or napkin. Never use nail-polish remover on textile containing acetate. PRECAUTION: Pretest in an inconspicuous area.
In addition to common household products like hairspray and hand sanitizer, other products like baking soda or vinegar may also be powerful enough to interact with the ink and help make the stain easier to remove.
Tetraclean Ink remover is ready to use ink removing liquid. Removed Inks, Pen Inks, Nail Polish, Permanent Marker, Stamp Pad Ink, Highlighters, Pencil Marks, Newsprint, etc. It removes Ink stains from Carpet, Furniture, Upholstery, Clothing, Wall, Floor, Tile, Paper, Plastic, Rubber, Fibre, Steel, Metal, etc.
Dawn dish soap is suitable for removing grease and oil from clothes. Its the go-to option for removing oil-based inks on your clothes.
Apply rubbing alcohol, hair spray, or hand sanitizer to dilute the stain, making it easier to remove during the wash. These solvents help tackle most types of ink stains but remember to test the stained garment for colorfastness first as they can also attack fabric dyes and cause further damage.
its pure acetone. it cost 3 99 for the beauty supply store. and nail polish remover. but it took it out instantly.
Things You Should Know Use a Q-Tip soaked in a solvent like brake fluid, acetone, or rubbing alcohol to lift ink out of the page. If chemicals dont work, try carefully rubbing the ink off with an eraser, razor blade, or even a fine-grit sander. If the ink just wont come out, cover it with correction fluid or paper.
