Please the following steps: Sign in the Document library as an admin. Open the word document in app. Go to the Insert tab, click on Footer menu, and then select Blank option. Select the [Type here], click on Quick Parts menu, and then select Document Property and select Document ID Value.
Using the Document Markup feature, recipients can make changes to a document. Recipients can use the markup tool to: White out, or cover up, document text to show deletions.
Click on the Check for Issues button, and then choose Inspect Document. Click on Inspect down in the bottom right corner. It will return the results, and the one you are concerned with is Document Properties and Personal Information. If you want to get rid of it, click on Remove All.
Document ID is the identification number of the document or set of documents to be signed, which allows you to identify a given document and verify its authenticity. The ID can be found in the footer of each page.
How to Remove Identifying Information Go to File Select Info Click on Check for issues Click on Inspect document In the Document Inspector dialog box, select the check boxes to choose the types of hidden content that you want to be inspected. Click Remove All Click Close Save the document.
On the Insert tab, select the Page Number icon, and then click Remove Page Numbers. If the Remove Page Numbers button isnt available, double-click in the header or footer, select the page number, and press Delete.
Point to Services and select Insert Footer. A footer that contains the document name, number, and version is added. (Optional) To remove the footer, point to Services and select Remove Footer. Save and close the document to save the changes to iManage Work.
