hello welcome to another tutorial video weamp;#39;re going to be looking out of mice and men in detail focusing on each of the characters in the sections to try and get further understanding of them now the philosophy are they kind of the background idea iamp;#39;m going to be using for this is this mnemonic here slacked and basically this is really important because it helps you to get a full understanding of the picture that the writer is trying to paint because they actually give us the character in different ways obviously the thing that people analyze most is the speech of the character say which is obviously hugely important but we also need to look at their right the language the writer uses to describe them the actions that the character will perform and also the character comments what other characters say about the character in question d is also about stage directions which is very important in plays but obviously not relevant for a novella so just think of these SL LACC a

The two visions that Lennie sees in Of Mice and Men, Aunt Clara and the Giant Rabbit, are docHub because they represent Lennies innermost fears and desires, as well as his deep feelings of guilt and shame. These visions are also important because they foreshadow the tragic ending of the novel.
Quick answer: Aunt Clara and the gigantic rabbit symbolize Lennies conscience and fears at the end of Of Mice and Men. Aunt Clara represents reason, scolding Lennie for his actions, while the rabbit embodies his fears and guilt about disappointing George.
Answer and Explanation: George comes to Lennie and shoots him in the back of the head. Before he shoots him, however, he has Lennie look across the river and imagine the farm they talked about getting. George recites the dream for Lennie before he takes the shot.
Lennie had visions of Aunt Clara and the giant rabbit. They reflect how he doesnt care about killing Curleys wife, he only understands he did a bad thing. He knows he will be punished but his main concern is not being allowed to tend to the rabbits.
Lennie is by himself and experiences hallucinations (Aunt Clara and talking rabbit). They are not really visible; Lennie is overwhelmed with emotions and his conscience is speaking to him. Aunt Clara and the rabbit demonstrate Lennies fears that George will leave him and that he will not get to tend the rabbits.
His Aunt Clara appears from out of Lennies head and berates him, speaking in Lennies own voice, for not listening to George, for getting himself into trouble, and for causing so many problems for his only friend.
The water snake in Of Mice and Men is a symbol Steinbeck used to represent Lennie and the way a simple man is swallowed by the world. In the beginning, it is a sign of life and tranquility. In the end, however, the innocently-swimming water snake is plucked from the water and eaten by a heron.
In chapter 6, Lennie has killed Curleys wife and run away. The other men intend to torture him before they kill him, so George takes Curleys gun and heads off to find him. Fortunately, he finds Lennie before the rest of the men and has a few moments with him to bring him joy before he kills him out of mercy.
