In the Design tab, drag and drop a field from the Field Explorer dialog box to a blank area within the Group Header section of the report. For example, to display the title for the object Group #1 Name, which refers to the Account code grouping, drag and drop ACCOUNTTITLE next to it in the Group Header. There is an option to repeat group header on each page. Right click the section of the group, choose change group. Click on Options tab. Click on Repeat Group Header on Each Page.
The main culprits are when label or receipt printers are set as the Windows default printer. The error can be resolved by re-assigning your Windows default printer to your A4/reports printer.
Answer: Right-click on the section name on the left and select Section Expert (or go to Report Section Expert and select the section on the left) Click the X+2 button across from Suppress (No Drill-Down) Enter the condition for when the section should be suppressed. Right click on that group header - change group and check marked checkbox (in picture below). That should do it. EDIT : you are right, report header and report footer show only once per report, but for your problem you can use page header and page footer which repeat on each page.
