Go to Insert Header Footer. Excel displays the worksheet in Page Layout view. To add or edit a header or footer, select the left, center, or right header or footer text box at the top or the bottom of the worksheet page (under Header, or above Footer). Type the new header or footer text.
Select the worksheets from which you want to remove a header or footer. Open the Page Setup dialog box (Page Layout tab Page Setup group Dialog Box Launcher). In the Page Setup dialog box, click the drop-down arrow to open the list of preset headers or footers, and select (none). Click OK to close the dialog box.
Remove all headers and footers Go to Insert Header or Footer, and then select Remove Header or Remove Footer. If your document has more than one section, repeat this process for each section.
Click page Layout Print Titles Header/Footer. Check Different Odd and Even Pages or Different fir page. Enter different headers and footers.
Show or hide the Header Row Click anywhere in the table. Go to Table Tools Design on the Ribbon. In the Table Style Options group, select the Header Row check box to hide or display the table headers.
Print row or column titles on every page Click the sheet. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Page Setup. Under Print Titles, click in Rows to repeat at top or Columns to repeat at left and select the column or row that contains the titles you want to repeat. Click OK. On the File menu, click Print.
Right-click on the sheet tab at bottom of the window, and then select All Sheets. Click the Page Layout tab at the top of the worksheet. Click the small page set-up button at the bottom-right corner of the page set-up. Click the Header/Footer tab. Click the Custom Header button, as shown below.
DATA tab Data Tools section Remove Duplicates In case your data consists of column headers, select the My data has headers option, and then click on OK.
