so sometimes when you assemble a stretcher bar frame it wonamp;#39;t sit flat like this is way out of Tolerance but what you can do with a long frame like this is stand it up until you kind of start to hear it cracking and popping you can also hold it in your hands like that and you put it back down you see what that did for you and you see now itamp;#39;s laying flatter and you can repeat that process until it goes through and then with the heavy duty frames these things youamp;#39;re not going to be able to get that to move in your hand because itamp;#39;s like trying to switch the 2x4 so this oneamp;#39;s pretty bad so what I like to do is Iamp;#39;ll put it on the ground and Iamp;#39;ll put like my whole weight into it and really just both feet bracing the Bottom bar and Iamp;#39;ll see what that did didnamp;#39;t do too much so Iamp;#39;ll kind of really get into it there and you donamp;#39;t want to be really too afraid of bre oh well some some bars and now it lays fla
