Use a PDF editor to erase individual words. Open the PDF file you want to edit in Acrobat. Click on the Edit PDF tool on the right-hand side of the screen. Select a text block and make changes in the PDF or erase words using your keyboard.
In its simplest form, the TEXT function says: =TEXT(Value you want to format, Format code you want to apply)
For the special method, select the formula values you need to copy, use the command CTRL + C to copy the cells, click on the cell you want to start your list from, click on paste under home, and select paste as values as shown in the below image.
Press Ctrl + C to copy the formulas, or Ctrl + X to cut them. Use the latter shortcut if you want to move formulas to a new location. Open Notepad or any other text editor and press Ctrl + V to paste the formulas there. Then press Ctrl + A to select all the formulas, and Ctrl + C to copy them as text.
The shortcut is to copy the cell in which your source formula is by pressing Ctrl + C, then go to the destination cell, and press Alt + H, then press V and then F. There you go, cell formulas copied without changing the formatting of the destination cells.
By converting raw, numerical data into text strings, you may make the data easier to read and organize. The function for making the conversion works by using this formula:=TEXT(value, formattext)In this formula, value represents the numeric value the user wants to convert to text.
Re: Formulas displaying as text To change the cell format, select the cell(s), right-click, and choose Format Cells. In the Number tab, select General or another number format. Calculation options: Check that Excel is set to automatically calculate formulas.
Upload the PDF document that you want to edit by clicking on the Upload button. Once the document is uploaded, click on the Edit button next to the document name. In the editing toolbar, click on the Rub Out Text button. Now, click on the text that you want to remove.
