Click Start, type Display in the Search box, and then click Display. Click Change display settings. Click the drop-down list next to Resolution. Move the slider to the resolution that you want, and then click Apply.
To smooth the fonts on your screen: Open System Preferences and click Appearance. To turn on font smoothing in Mac OS X v10. 6 or later, select Use LCD font smoothing when available. If you plan to use small font sizes in your document, choose a point size from the Turn off text smoothing for font sizes pop-up menu.
Click the Settings button under Performance. Scroll down and find Smooth Edges of screen fonts is enabled or you can optionally choose Adjust for best appearance. This will also enable Smooth Edges of screen fonts. Make sure you hit Apply then OK.
Open the Control Panel. Double-click the Display icon. In the Display menu, click the Effects tab and check the box on smooth edges on-screen fonts. After that, click Apply and then OK.
Change the font or font size in Pages on Mac Select the text you want to change. In the Format sidebar, click the Style button near the top. Click the Font pop-up menu, then choose a font. Click the small arrows to the right of the font size to make the font larger or smaller.
How to Fix the Jagged Font Problem Right click on My Computer (sometimes it is called This PC). This will bring up your computer properties. This will bring up System Properties as shown below. You need to make sure that you have Smooth edges of screen fonts enabled as shown below. Make sure you hit Apply then OK.
For Windows: Go to START SETTINGS CONTROL PANEL DISPLAY (or right-click your desktop). Click the EFFECTS tab. Check Smooth edges of screen fonts. ( see image below) Click OK to close window and apply settings. Enjoy!
In the Font Book app on your Mac, select one or more fonts, then press Delete. Click Remove Fonts or Remove Non-System Fonts to confirm. Removed fonts are moved to the Trash.
