Hi there and welcome to this video on Transactions (zipForm Edition). Today well be looking at re-assigning a transaction to another user in a Brokerage Account. Lets go ahead and get started. In this scenario, we are going to re-assign a transaction from one user to another. Well start here in our Transactions page. First, we need to select the dropdown menu that says My transactions and select other agent transactions. From this new menu, we need to select the agent from whom we are transferring. Now you can see we are looking at the transactions for a different user. To re-assign any transactions, we can click on the Transfer button. First well need to change the filter, as by default it will be on Unassigned. You can select a specific criteria, in this case well select Active. We can then select the transaction we need to move.
