if youamp;#39;re selling your property and you receive an offer from a buyer with a home sale contingency I would suggest countering that buyer with a kick out clause as a seller a kickout clause is beneficial to you because youamp;#39;re allowed to accept the primary contract with a kickout clause your listing will be active on the MLS and youamp;#39;re still showing the property and youamp;#39;re trying to solicit bona fide backup offers that are subject to the termination of that primary contract that you previously accepted upon accepting this backup offer thatamp;#39;s subject to the termination of the primary you then have to go back to the primary contract and give those buyers two options option one those buyers can kick themselves out of the contract they can take their escrow deposit and continue their search option two those buyers want to stay engaged and buy that house so they need to put down an additional deposit release all contingencies that are related to inspect

Objective Make the load part of the trailer. Which do you think is the most important? with the lowest Working Load Limit. The rub rail, spools and stake pockets of the trailers are rated at 4,000 lbs.
Can straps and chains be routed outside the rub rails on a flatbed trailer? Yes, at least in the Unites States. U.S. rules dont prohibit the practice of routing tiedowns around the rub rail, or attaching tiedowns to the rub rail. Both practices are prohibited in Canada, however.
When an article of cargo is not blocked or positioned to prevent movement in the forward direction, and the item is longer than 10 ft in length, then it must be secured by two tiedowns for the first 10 ft of length, and one additional tiedown for every 10 ft of length, or fraction thereof, beyond the first 10 ft.
All tiedowns and other components of a cargo securement system used to secure loads on a trailer equipped with rub rails must be located inboard of the rub rails whenever practicable.
Working Load Limit (WLL) is the maximum working load designed by the manufacturer. This load represents a force that is much less than that required to make the lifting equipment fail or yield. The WLL is calculated by dividing the breaking load limit (BLL) by a safety factor (SF).
Example: To secure a 20,000 lb. load for transport, the aggregate working load limit of the tie-downs and other securement devices should be at least 10,000 lbs. If blocking or friction mats are used, the aggregate should also include those components.
Articles longer than 5 feet but shorter than 10 pounds require two tie-downs, regardless of weight. For articles longer than 10 feet, an additional tie-down is required for every 10-foot increment or part thereof. Articles weighing 10,000 pounds or more require tie-downs at all four corners.
Basic load securement rules require the aggregate working load limit be equal to or greater than half the cargo weight. Example: To secure a 20,000 lb. load for transport, the aggregate working load limit of the tie-downs and other securement devices should be at least 10,000 lbs.
