To rotate a video in Shotcut, access filters through the "View" menu. If filters aren't enabled, click on the clip, use "V Plus," and add the "Rotate and Scale" filter. Enable keyframes by clicking the option for that parameter. Set the initial rotation to zero and adjust a keyframe to 360 degrees to see the rotation effect. However, rotating beyond 360 degrees (like 720) is not possible directly. To work around this, delete the keyframe, click to set a new one, and split the clip using 'S' on the timeline. Alternatively, create a preset by selecting the desired settings and pressing the plus button while selected.
