Rotating PDFs with offline tools To do so, open the PDF document in OpenOffice, select the page, choose Position and Size in the context menu and rotate the page using the toolbar. Afterwards, export the file as a PDF document.
To rotate one PDF page, right-click that page in the thumbnail view and select the Rotate Pages option, and then select the direction you would like to rotate the page.
