Go to Document - Pages - Rotate. Do a Save As to save the changes.

Select the sheet size. Next to Auto Page Rotation, select the auto rotation direction: either 90 degrees clockwise or 90 degrees counter-clockwise. Under Scale, select Fit finish size proportionally.
