Use a PDF reader. Open the document you want to rotate using the PDF reader. Click View on the toolbar at the top of the screen. Hover over the Rotate View option. Select the direction you want to rotate.
Choose Tools Organize Pages. Or, select Organize Pages from the right pane. Choose pages to rotate: Rotate all or a selection of pages in your document by holding the shift key and clicking on the pages to rotate.
Highlight a specific page thumbnail or set of pages you need to rotate. Click the rotate clockwise or rotate counterclockwise icon in the top toolbar. Click Save and rename your new PDF file.
To rotate and save a PDF, the paid version of docHub Reader is required. Go to the Tools in the View menu. Then select the Organize Pages and Open options to open the corresponding view.
Use the right-hand side menu to open the Organize Pages menu option. You will see a button for Rotate. Click on it and a Rotate Pages window will appear on the right where you select an appropriate angle.
