In this video tutorial, the process of importing data to a fully configured Opera Cloud property is demonstrated. The imported files must match the current configuration and cannot be altered during the import process. Various data types can be imported, including guest and contact profiles, sales accounts, sales activities, account and contact relationships, future reservations, catering events, and blocks. To import data, access the toolbox in Opera Cloud, navigate to system setup, and select import data. Download CSV templates for each data type from the provided zip file, which also includes a readme file with instructions. Extract the files from the zip folder to access the templates for importing data.
