In the Replace with field, enter the text you want to replace it with. Click on Replace to replace one instance at a time, or Replace All to replace all instances at once. Note that this will replace the text throughout the entire presentation, including headers and body text on all slides.
Find a word or phrase in your PowerPoint presentation and replace it with another word or phrase by following these steps. On the Home tab, in the Editing group, choose Replace. In the Find what box, enter the text you want to find and replace. In the Replace with box, enter the text you want to use as the replacement.
To replace all occurrences of the text, click Replace All. On the right end of the Home tab, select Replace (or Find Replace). Under Find what, enter the word or phrase you want to find. Under Replace with, enter the replacement word or phrase. Select Find Next and then select Replace.
Check your entire presentation Select Review Spelling. In the Spelling pane, select the correct spelling from the suggestions. Select Change to fix the error or Change All if it appears more than once in the document. Or you can select: Ignore: Ignores the error and removes the red squiggly line.
Go to Home Replace. Enter the word or phrase you want to replace in Find what. Enter your new text in Replace with. Choose Replace All to change all occurrences of the word or phrase.
Export a Word document to PowerPoint Make sure that it contains only text. The headings in the document will become the slide headings in the presentation. Go to File Export Export to PowerPoint presentation. In the Export to presentation window, choose a design theme for your presentation, and then select Export.
Try it! Select Replace or press Ctrl + H. In the Find what box, type the text you want to search for. Select Find Next to see where the text appears in your file. In the Replace with box, type the text you want. Select Replace to change the text or select Replace All to change all instances of this text in your file.
In the dialog box, on the Effect tab under Enhancements, select the arrow next to Animate text, and select By letter. Then you can change the delay time in the seconds delay between letters box. PowerPoint immediately previews the animation for you so that you can see the timing as the characters appear individually.
