Edit a link On the Insert tab, select Hyperlink. You can also right-click the cell or graphic and then select Edit Hyperlink on the shortcut menu, or you can press Ctrl+K. In the Edit Hyperlink dialog box, make the changes that you want.
Update all data in the workbook Press CTRL+ALT+F5, or on the Data tab, in the Connections group, click Refresh All. Control how or when the connection is refreshed On the Data tab, in the Connections group, click the arrow under Refresh All, and then click Connection Properties.

Browse to the location of the file containing the linked data. Select the new source file, and then click Change Source.
Select and expand Refresh settings at the top right corner of the pane and select one of the following: Ask to refresh Asks the user to refresh or not when the workbook opens. Always refresh Automatically refreshes all links when the workbook opens. Dont refresh Doesnt refresh on open and doesnt ask the user.
After opening the workbook, go to the Data tab and select Workbook Links in the Queries Connections group, and then update the links only from the sources that you need.
Open the workbook that contains the data that you want to update. Click the Data icon on the toolbar. Do one of the following: Select Refresh All Connections to refresh all data connections in the workbook.
