hi in this video weamp;#39;re going to show you a tool you could use to repair corrupted Microsoft Excel files so we have some sample files here that are corrup so letamp;#39;s see what happens when we try and open them so letamp;#39;s say we got this one for example here says file format or extension is not valid click okay and then we have nothing then we have this one here the file format and extension donamp;#39;t match file could be corrupted or unsafe letamp;#39;s say yes to open it anyways then you can see we got a bunch of gibbers here mixed in with our data okay so what weamp;#39;re going to use to fix these is a program called Stellar repair for Excel so all you have to do is download it and run it and then you just need to browse to your file so weamp;#39;ll go ahead and pick the first one here from the desktop all right so once we have it loaded here just click on repair and itamp;#39;ll run itamp;#39;ll scan then weamp;#39;ll go through its repair process
