A rework order is a production order to fix or upgrade a manufactured or purchased item. If you create a rework order for an item, no operations are linked to the order. This is because you do not know which operations are required to fix the item.
CO07 is a transaction code in SAP PP application with the description Create order without a material.
Create Rework Production Order Enter Component code (same manufactured material code) with Quantity and item category as L. Enter storage location of Goods Issue. Enter Operation number to which these components will be consumed. Release order by clicking release button and Save it.

Rework is the process of correcting defective, failed, or nonconforming items after inspection. This process includes disassembly, repair, replacement, and reassembly.
Use transaction SE16N - Enter the table name and press enter to read the fields in. Then type SAPEDIT in the transaction area (as a function code) and hit enter. A success message displays saying SAP Editing function is activated. You can now execute the report and you can edit any field except the key fields.
Direct Table Updates Open t-code SE16 and enter the table you will be modifying. Enter your selection criteria and execute. To modify fields within a particular record, highlight the record and click the Display button or press F7. You are now looking at the details of the record selected above.
In order to edit table entries in SE16N even if SAPEDIT is disabled follow the below steps. Open the table that you want to edit in SE16N and enter the function code /H to switch on the debugger. Execute to display the table entries. In the debugger set the values of GD-EDIT and GD-SAPEDIT to X and press F8.
