all right so weamp;#39;re back with miss harvey who after she had surgery on her wrist she had a rupture of the tendon that moves the thumb up and down mostly up extends the thumb actually you can see my tendon protruding in the back of my hand there her tendon ruptured not because of the surgery but because sometimes when you get a fracture youamp;#39;ll get a lot of inflammation and where the tendon passes over the fracture site you can have whatamp;#39;s called a nutritional rupture and she had that and her thumb drooped and was not able to come up so what we did to fix this we didnamp;#39;t really fix it but we kind of cheated nature we took one of the two tendons that go to this finger and we sacrificed that brought it through here rerouted it up to here into part of the stump where the tendon had ruptured and what that does is that that simulates the tendon which straightens this one out so go ahead and make it straight donamp;#39;t let me push down good and then bend and st
