DART is testing the new trains and just about everything that goes into operating the new rail service. That includes the track and updated safety measures at each of the new crossings. DART is more than 65% complete with the Silver Line project overall. The four Silver Line stations in Plano and Richardson are each over 75% done. The trains seat more than 230 passengers. The 26-mile commuter rail line will run through seven North Texas cities and three counties. From DFW Airport to Shiloh Road here in Plano.
