How to Replace One Shape with Another in Visio Select the shape or shapes you want to replace in your diagram. From the Home tab, find the Editing group on the far right side, then select Change Shape. Select the shape youd like to change the original to.
Go to the View menu and click on Task Panes. Then choose Size Position. In the Size Position window, enter the specific measurements for the width, height, angle, and position of the space shape. Ensure to click Apply to save the changes and close the Size Position window.
Right-click the shape, select Edit Master Edit Master Shape, and make changes to the shape.
Visio gives you multiple tools to select, move, resize, and rotate shapes and objects. Once you have selected an objector all the objectson the drawing, you can then change their position, enlarge or shrink them, flip them horizontally, and nudge them into position.

Select the Shape: Start by selecting the shape you want to change. Right-Click the Shape: Once the shape is selected, right-click on it. Choose Change Shape: In the context menu, hover over or navigate to the Change Shape option.
