Use a rubbing compound (which costs about $10), also known as scratch repair. Apply it with a microfiber cloth, and use circular motions to buff until you cant see the scratch any longer. Polish it. Polish the area with car polish (which costs about $15), using circular motions.
Does WD-40 remove scratches from plastic? - Quora. Yes, I have used it for that purpose. I have had better luck with using a tiny amount of rubbing compound, or polish brass remover, such as Noxon for example, work on it by lightly rubbing it on plastic to take scratches out.

Generally speaking, removing scratches from plastics is similar to removing scratches from most other materials. You can use a compound with a cloth or a buffing wheel. It is possible to remove the scratches with wet and dry paper using a palm sander, but you must be extremely cautious.

Baking soda is a gentle mineral abrasive that will buff away scratches on plastic. Combine two parts baking soda to one part water to create a thick paste. Dip a cotton cloth in the paste and apply it to the scratched area. Work in a circular motion to buff away the scratch.
