hi guys letamp;#39;s see how to solve printer error printing messages on Windows computer so what to do first of all just search services and now click on services to open it now locate Print Spooler service right click on it and choose restart and see if his if it works or not also double click on it make sure the startup type is automatic and click on apply and click on OK now if this does not work there is one more thing which you can do and that is just search control panel open control panel make sure view by category is selected then click on view devices and printers now click on printers and scanners now choose your printer click on it now click on printer properties now in the general tab in the location you will find the IP and the port number okay now just click on ports and here if wsd Port is selected you can change it to a TCP port and then try to find out that if the problem fixes or not so click on ADD port choose standard tcpip4 click on Newport now once you set that
