hi Iamp;#39;ve had lots of comments asking me to do a Mac version of my previous video of how to drag and drop images into a Word document itamp;#39;s also nearly four years old now so I thought I did it also doing updated version of it so really Iamp;#39;m the aim of this is to allow you to drag and drop an image into a Word document without this happening so what Iamp;#39;m going to do is Iamp;#39;ve got my Word document up here this is in office 365 but Iamp;#39;m going to go and do is go to the insert tab Iamp;#39;m going to insert table with two cells Iamp;#39;m going to go up to this little icon here which selects the entire table and I donamp;#39;t want to see the borders so Iamp;#39;m just going to go up and check no borders which will just give me a dotted line in a Iamp;#39;ll tell you about how to get rid of that at the end so what we need to do is we need to make these cells big enough to host each of these four images so what Iamp;#39;m going to do is to go up

Click the picture, shape, text box, or WordArt that you want to resize. To keep the center of an object in the same place, press and hold CTRL while you drag the sizing handle. To maintain the objects proportions, press and hold SHIFT while you drag the sizing handle. SHIFT while you drag the sizing handle.
After you insert a picture in your document, click it, and then click the Picture Tools Format tab. In Word, you can choose color variations, crop, compress at different levels, and apply some special effects.
Select a picture. Select the Layout Options icon. Choose the layout options you want: To bring your picture in front of the text and set it so it stays at a certain spot on the page, select In Front of Text (under With Text Wrapping), and then select Fix position on page.
Replace a picture Click the picture you want to replace. Click the Picture Format tab, and then click Change Picture: From the menu that appears, select where you want to get the replacement picture from. Navigate to the picture you want, select it, and then select Insert.
Reset Picture If you made changes to a picture and later want to undo the changes: Select the picture. Select Picture Tools Format. Select Reset Picture.
After inserting the image, youll see the Picture Format tab in the ribbon. On the Picture Format tab, select the arrow next to Crop . Go to Crop to Shape and then select the shape from the available options. The shape is immediately applied to the image.
