Weamp;#39;ll go to View tab and click Outline View to see whatamp;#39;s really going on. Here we can see that, behind the scenes, the text of a standard PowerPoint presentation is really an outline. Slide titles are really top-level outline headings and bullets are subheadings. Of course, images, charts, and so on are not included. Add or change an outline for text or WordArt If you do not see the Drawing Tools or Format tabs, make sure that you selected the text in the WordArt. You might have to right-click the WordArt to open the Format tab. To add or change an outline color, click the color that you want. To choose no color, click No Outline.
Right-click on the shape and choose Set as Default Shape. With this, the shape settings will be applied to all future shapes you insert. However, please note that this setting does not apply to lines.

If you still dont see the Outline tab, hover your mouse over the vertical line on the left side of your screen, click the left mouse button and drag the line to the right until you see the Outline tab appear in the left pane.
