hey itamp;#39;s mike with with greasy hands garage um just doing a short one minute video here so getting ready to do uh engine dress up project and we have the new timing pointer this is for a small block chev but obviously it comes black and thereamp;#39;s the air cleaner itamp;#39;s all part of the same kit well when youamp;#39;re using the timing light those marks are going to be hell to see so i like to take my paint markers and i literally paint over the whole thing and i let it sit overnight and i come back and all i did was ah not enough hands here i just scraped the excess paint off with razor blade so that what happened what happens is that it leaves the the markings that are stamped into the uh timing pointer filled with white paint so that from a distance say youamp;#39;re looking down there you got your timing light going on you know even with the light reflecting on it you can still see the marks so yeah any paint marker i donamp;#39;t think you could use a sharpie
