I want to rearrange this table so I want the first name then the last name the year and then the party now I have my first row of formulas set up I will select this and select two blank rows underneath then I will click and drag down to the bottom of the table and this will fill in all of the rows I then need to delete the blank cells so Iamp;#39;ll go to find and select and go to special and then select just the blank cells and okay and then right click and delete and shift cells up and okay and now I have my table

Open the CSV and save it as an Excel file. Then edit it. Then save it again, still as an Excel file. (That way you can always reopen the edited Excel, not losing any work youve done.)
Right-click the file and select Open With Numbers. In the Import Settings dialog, choose your delimiter, then click Update Table.
In the Region dialog box, on the Formats tab, click Additional settings In the Customize Format dialog box, on the Numbers tab, type the character you want to use as the default CSV delimiter in the List separator box. For this change to work, the List separator should not be the same as Decimal symbol.
